| KRK Goldmin Ridden by owner/ Trainer Sandy Stewert This mare is from 99's, 2003 foal crop. When Sandy purchased this mare, she did not know that she had been running all summer with a stallion. She was surprised of course when her pretty 4yr old mare started bagging up! Sandy started riding "Goldmine" in April of 2008. Everything was clicking fast, so Sandy entered a couple 2008 fall futurities. After just 41/2 months of training, the pair made the finals back in their first two futurities entered. Sept 13th -14th Stettler, AB the pair place 5th in the first round, 2nd in the second round, and fourth in the average! Not bad for a crash course on the barrels!!! It will be fun to follow this pair as "Goldmine" continues to gain experience! Good Luck Sandy, Thank You for putting your talents into a Ninety Nine Goldmine |
